Spend the day restoring your energy by moving gently and consciously. Feel your body transform as we flow with the soft yet strong movements of Qi Gong. Notice and share in the magnificent presence of the horses as they sense our energy and drop into the flow of our movements. Mindfully walk or rest in the open fields or shaded woods of Fox Brook Farm. End your day with a deep guided meditation to integrate your experience of stillness and ease….nothing in particular to accomplish, nothing to manage, no expectations…just being you is enough.

*Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese medicinal movement meant to support all bodies in every state.  This practice can be done standing, seated, or through visualization in stillness.  Chairs will be provided.

MOONLIGHT QI GONG & GUIDED MEDITATION AT AMAZING FLOWER FARM

Feel your troubles dissolving away amongst the natural landscape of Amazing Flower Farm. Drop into gentle movement and guided meditation under the energy of the full moon. Feel more grounded and at ease as you cultivate this time for your self-care through gentle movement and a deep guided meditation.  Witness as the power of the moon enlivens your own sense of well-being and radiant spirit.

Ease into stillness….enjoy spaciousness…..sink into three hours of not needing to accomplish anything, manage anything, or be anything for anybody. This time is just for you to honor yourself….your body, your mind, and your spirit.  Be guided through gentle movement to release body tension. Expand your breathe and feel how each breath naturally heals the body and supports relaxation. Feel the mind and body quieting as you release tension during deep guided mini-meditations and restorative (resting) yoga postures. Then, completely let go during a long guided meditation at the end, which integrates the stillness, healing, and rejuvenating qualities that you created through silence and subtle movement.   *All body types are welcome. Practices are modified for the individual and in some cases individuals who are more limited in movement may choose to visualize movements as they will still benefit both the nervous system and the muscles included in the visualization.
