• Water or another hydrating beverage to satiate the energetic changes of the body vessel.

• Paper/utensils for writing or drawing for the stream of consciousness portion unfolding after the guided meditation journey.

• There are some cushions and chairs, however, you may want to bring your own yoga mats, blankets, or pillows for ultimate comfort during the event and especially for our 30 minute guided meditation. Be cozy and comfortable.

This is a sacred space where the intention is to honor and hold safe the experiences of all.

• We will begin on time. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get nested for our exploration.

• There is a bathroom available onsite.

• Be prepared with any questions you may have regarding your own circumstances or the experience of being a luminary spirit having a planetary experience. The more curious we are the more our channels are activated. Be curious.

• Create some space after the gathering for integration of messages received and shifts in the energy field.
