What I have discovered in my clients’ healing journeys and my own over the last 30 years is that ENERGY MATTERS. Every thought, emotion, and movement contains a particular vibration. In choosing how we engage in our everyday lives we either decide to encourage the Flow of Energy or the stagnation of it.
