Qi Gong & Guided Meditation Class | Wednesdays | In-Person | Peterborough, NH

Be welcomed into a community of Kindred Spirit.

We will begin with 15-20 minutes of Qi Gong that can be done in everyday clothing and requires no experience. The movements are repetitive so you can find your flow quickly.

After releasing tension out of the body and allowing our energy fields to restore our systems you are invited to sit or lie down. Bring as many cozy items desired to support your comfort. I will guide you through 30+ minutes of Guided Meditation as your mind learns how to quiet while your sensory and intuitive nature restores your energy, clarity, and sense of self.

A guided meditation downloadable recording from the class is offered as a gift for all who attend.

REGISTRATION OPTIONS:

CLASS PACKAGE: There is an option to reserve all 4 classes with a Class Package that will provide $8 in savings and support your commitment to wellness.

INDIVIDUAL CLASSES: There is also an option to register for specific classes if you want to secure your spot.

*Registration is NOT required for this class. Drop-ins are welcome.

PAYMENT:

If you register online you can pay by credit card at that time. Otherwise, payment at the beginning of class via Venmo @Kim-Gebro, chck or cash.

    • Be guided through gentle yet powerful Qi Gong movements and sequences to restore vitality and bring balance and clarity to the systems of the body and the energy field. (15-20 minutes)

    • Be led through a guided meditation journey to recalibrate the nervous system, welcoming yourself as loving conscious awareness, and restoring presence as your natural state of being. (30-40 minutes)

    • Comfortable and flexible clothing for movement. *Qi Gong can be done in daywear.

    • Nourishing items for your comfort and care.

    • Blanket, pillow, cozy mat (You are invited to lie down during the Guided Meditation).

    • An intention for your time.

    • Water or another hydrating beverage to satiate the energetic changes of the body vessel.

    • This is a sacred space where the intention is to honor and hold safe the experiences of all.

    • We will begin on time. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get nested for our exploration.
