I am here to hold a Sacred Space for your Soul Gazing Journey. Source and Spirit have been waiting for you to open your Heart Channel to Universal Consciousness, to welcome the Guidance of the Ancestors, and to reflect back with clarity the sweet Voice of your Soul!

• We will make Agreements that Honor your Authentic Being. “No” is a beautiful answer if questions are being asked that you are not ready to explore. When I change my State of Consciousness from being “Kim” to being a resource and an Energy Vessel for Source and Spirit you will share what brings you to Session and the journey begins.

• Sometimes the question/s you thought were important before you came to the Session lead into another Path of Discovery. You may share what you are seeking or longing for in Service of your Authentic Being, where you might feel stuck in your current circumstances, and even a request to connect with Loved Ones in Spirit.*NOTE: Although we may ask for this connection, Source and Spirit always bring forth what is in Highest Service for your Metamorphosis in that moment of Alignment.

• Ask anything during this conversation with Source, Spirit, and Self. What you are asking wants to be revealed. Be open and curious to receive beyond what the thinking mind thinks and believes it “knows”.

• Be in a comfortable space that is distraction-free. If we are in the office/studio together we will co-create a Safe and Sacred Energetic Space

• Have some water or nourishing liquid nearby to consume as your Energetic State changes and the body vessel responds.

• Have an audio recorder prepared to press start before the Session begins, if desired.

• Be open-hearted, open-minded, and deeply curious about your Authentic Self. Curiosity is essential as new perspectives, Ways of Being, Insights into one's life and patterns of behavior, as well as Guided Journeys can be resisted by the ego-mind, which may try to protect one from potential change.

• Be fully honest with yourself before, during, and after the session.  Being honest about our attachments, beliefs, and expectations of ourselves, others, and life itself can shed Light on the obstacles to our Contentment, Ease, and Freedom. Honesty is integral to dissolving the habit of suffering and the illusion that you are a victim of circumstances rather than the Empowered Architect of your Human-Soul Journey.

• Ideally, have some time just for yourself after session to allow for gentle integration of messages and recalibration of your energy field

• There are elements of our Session that may feel like Mediumship if loved ones in Spirit join us in Support of your Transformation and Healing. They may provide specific, relatable details that you would recognize to reinforce that it is them so you can viscerally feel their Presence Loving and Guiding you in this Moment of Transformation.

• Soul Gazing Sessions Activate the Frequencies of Love and Creation in your Soul Consciousness, encouraging you to step aside from conditioned limitations in your perceptions. We welcome you to be a more active participant in your Alignment and Expression, to feel yourself as the expansive Field of Pulsing Potential Itself holding the space for your Human Experience. The Wisdom of the Akashic Field streams through your Energetic Field (and mine) for you to Receive and Integrate Transformative Information.

Conscious Channeling

• Regardless of which session type you choose I will be consciously channeling: allowing myself to actively listen to the messages received in the unified field through being grounded in my body vessel and sharing what wants to be offered as visual metaphor, possibilities for patterning, and guiding you in whatever way our exploration takes us.

• I am still present with you as “Kim”. I am just more open to unconditional loving awareness and action. Channeling is like having a conversation with wise friends and allows us to explore the circumstances of our lives and the nature of being life and consciousness in a sacred and loving space, free of judgment or the need for you to feel or be any particular way.

Trance Channeling

• When I trance channel I create a State of Being that is not attached to my beliefs, values, or desires for you to have an easeful life. I allow my body to remain in place as Energetic Aspects of the Unified Field begin to alter the muscles of my face and body to welcome different Voices of Source Love and Wisdom to be shared clearly in Service of your Evolution.

• In this state, you are welcome to ask any questions or share in service of your life’s current dynamics, what you may be seeking, or simply allow your curiosity about the nature of having a human experience as formless spirit to unfold.

• You may notice different heart resonant voices communicating with you depending on the vibration of your question. LOVE is the portal through which messages arrive. Take with you only what resonates.

Connecting with Spirit

• Spirit is always present amongst us and supports our human journeys. We are Spirit and Source having this experience. Therefore, our channels to deeper wisdom will open as we co-create heart resonance and a clear portal for loved ones to share specific messages and/or Source to share its clarity with you.

• The intention of this connection with Spirit and Source is to ignite your own portal to Spirit so that you may feel your loved ones who have passed as they share love and guidance through technology, recurring numbers, birds and other friends in nature, or specific symbols that are personal to you. You are never alone. Over time you will vibrationally sense the difference between a coincidence and a true message from Spirit.

• My focus is not evidentiary mediumship, which provides exact details about the type of death, names, ages, life circumstances, etc. from loved ones in Spirit. However, I do receive very clear images and messages when spirit absolutely wants to make sure you know it is a specific loved one wanting to connect. They may even provide specific details that only you can recognize as an experience of their human being, shared life with you, and events currently unfolding in your life.  I will share the essence of who is coming through and the loving messages that are being shared with you for you.

• Conscious and Trance Channeled Sessions do not guarantee a link with specific loved ones or guides in Spirit. Source always provides what is in the greater good for this moment of healing and transformation.

• Receivers of channeling and mentorship are responsible for making independent decisions when they leave session. Everything offered is simply that, an offering. We are all autonomous with the gift of free will and discernment. Take what resonates and leave the rest, owning with self-empowerment, your own actions.

• Whenever we are held Sacredly in Loving Conscious Awareness by another Being, our Energetic Field is recalibrating with the Vibration of Love and shaping the actions of intelligent cells and systems in the body vessel.  When the body vessel is feeling welcomed and fully seen and accepted it becomes in Alignment. There is more space for Radiant Waves to move through and clear the pathways for Receiving what your Soul desires in this very moment of your Metamorphosis.

• When Source and Spirit arrive, the Energy Field being shared has more portals for receiving, allowing more access to the Akashic Field through my Channel and yours.  There is nothing you need to agree with that is offered during the session. Simply allow the process to unfold while in the Energetics of open-heart, open-mind, and curiosity. 

• Learning how to feel safe in one’s own body, to feel the messages being offered in the everyday Human experience, and discerning between a fearful ego mind and the Voice of Loving Source releases our attachment to the “past” and “future”.  It expands our access to the limitless possibilities that live in our multidimensional reality. Life changes because you finally FEEL and KNOW inherently that YOU ARE meant to be here and are worthy just by being you.  When this becomes a visceral understanding we allow ourselves to embrace the opportunities to explore transformation.

• 1:1 Sessions: Soul Gazing with Source and Spirit can be a very intimate Journey. You may prefer to have Energy and Information from the Unified Field and your Spirit Council focused solely on your Journey. This can provide a tailored and Deeper Dive into your Soul’s Intentions for the Creation of what wants to come to Fruition and the dissolving of that which clutters the path to your Authentic Self and Universal Wisdom.

• Group Sessions: There may be times where more people want to gather together because they have a similar inquiry or are having parallel experiences.  At times, it may just be people who enjoy each other and want to connect and share a profoundly Transformative Activation and Exploration in the Matrix of All That Is.  It can be a True Gift to hold Sacred Space for and with each other as the group witnesses the Energetic Field opening a Portal for Love. Inspiration arises, Connection expands, and, (when witnessed with Presence), the shared Human Experience Transforms and Informs all lives!

• You don’t need to understand how Channeling works or believe everything shared in order to connect with Heartfelt Messages from Source and Spirit. Take what resonates with you in the moment and leave the rest. Other Guidance offered during your session may drop in at a later time to Support you. Continued Awarenesses may “click-in” and reveal themselves to you beyond your Session time.

• The relationship with Spirit and Source deepens and evolves the more we are open to creating opportunities for connection.  Over time the energy and support of these loving entities will be felt and they will become cherished and trusted friends, reminding you that you have never been alone on this journey.

• The human body vessel and Energy Field has a psychic DNA and Energetic Coding specifically connected to its Ancestors in all forms. As an infant transforms through childhood, adolescence, and adulthood more stories about who they are and how they “should” be accumulate in the cellular structure and the subtle energy field of their Being. Each Soul Gazing experience invites Loving Conscious Awareness to unravel some layers of the socialized self.  This can feel Liberating in the moment and then we return to everyday life where patterns of limited perception and inaction exist these habits can sometimes persist and stagnate growth.

• Having more than one Soul Gazing Exploration with Source and Spirit allows one to open to their most Authentic States of Being as layer after layer falls away. The Vibrational Qualities of your Unique Soul Self remain. Multiple sessions at your pace, as inspired and desired, further restore your sense of Awe and Wonder as Creation Itself and The One Creating your Story.  They open your Channel to the Unified Field of Consciousness and hone your ability to listen to the Sacred Calls you are being provided, moment-to-moment.

GUIDED MEDITATION | MEDITATION

• Learn how to skillfully use attention, breath, and energy sensing to release mental, emotional, and physical patterns that are inhibiting you from feeling at ease and clear of mind and heart. Recalibrate your nervous system and be loving conscious awareness in every moment.

• Cultivate the ability to notice how your stress response is being triggered by developing mind-body-energy field awareness; the ability to sense the physical sensations, thoughts, and emotions that arise in moments when you feel unsteady.

INNER CHILDHOOD JOURNEYS

• These lovingly guided journeys allow the client to remember that they are always loved, safe, and valued even if their body, mind, and heart do not experience feeling that way.

• Different from guided meditations that invite you to notice what is arising in your field of being, holographic journeys guide you through your senses in a way that expands your connection with the multidimensional aspects of you and all that exists.

• There will be more imagery provided in this experience to open your channel to source and your spirit’s voice.  It is an invitational journey for creation and healing on a profound level as we open the portal to pulsing possibilities.

ENERGY MEDICINE | Qi Gong | Biofield Tuning Fork Therapy | Sound Therapy

• Depending on your intentions for healing and connection and how Spirit is guiding the session, energy medicine practices may be incorporated. Whether it is weaving in one Qi Gong movement to help someone clear the thinking mind, a mudra to ground the energy, or a quick tuning fork treatment, these practices arise naturally and are only explored if indicated and agreed upon.

• It is recommended that you record the Session rather than take notes if you want to refer back to your Soul Gazing Journey. This can be helpful as Source and Spirit share quickly when your Channel is open to Receiving. Listening to a recording can enhance the Activation of your original experience and allow you to see with more clarity how the messages arise in your everyday experience to assist in your Healing and Transformation.

• Using an audio recorder on your phone works well and allows you to be really present in the Co-Creative Process.  Soul Gazing is not about learning something new. It is about Remembering on a felt level that you are the Alchemist of a pulsing orb of Potential in a State of Constant Creation. Your presence, energy, and attention matter while opening the Pathways to the Unified Akashic field that wants to enrich your Human-Soul Experience.

Co-Meditation

• This is a powerful technique for releasing intergenerational trauma and impactful imprints of life experiences from the nervous system and body vessel. This method allows the client to meet old memories from a more empowered and enlightened perspective allowing tremendous healing and re-patterning of self-defeating habits of the mind and body.

• The invitation into a deeper state of consciousness welcomes the pain & perceptions of the “past” to be held in loving awareness. As you connect with the physical and energetic aspects of your body vessel and field you are asked to notice what is arising in your awareness and to welcome a safe and sacred inner resource for reframing. Allowing thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations to guide you through the stories embedded in your field assists in releasing stagnant ways of being to make room for the NOW YOU.

• We will welcome your disillusioned and disempowered inner children with honor and dignity. The wise mystical and loving WHOLE you will take the lead choosing to say yes or no along the exploration. This practice of choosing empowers old versions of you that may have surrendered your wisdom and power to people pleasing or avoided speaking your truth. Co-creators walk away from this experience more validated, seen, and heard. They have a clarity about what their hearts are calling them to shift in service of their own light and precious time on the planet.
