Cancelation Policy
Co-creators will be automatically charged the full amount for missed sessions as a result of cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows within 24 hours of the session unless I am able to fill it.
Alternatively, you may fill your spot by referring or gifting this time to a loved one. Please contact Kim to arrange this within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
If you are unexpectedly late, I will wait for 15 minutes before closing the portal to the session. You will be charged in full for the session.
Thank you for honoring the time that is being held for you.
If you must cancel a Discovery Call please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Emergencies, Inclement Weather, & Outages
Emergencies: Illness and other personal emergencies arise. If this is truly the nature of your experience please reach out and we can revisit our agreement about the charge of the session. Your health and safety are a priority.
Inclement Weather & Outages: There may be instances when I cancel appointments due to inclement weather or Internet outages. I will contact you by text and email the morning of the scheduled appointment to notify you of the cancellation. Thank you for your flexibility.
Payments for Sessions
Use credit/debit upon scheduling. Sessions must be paid for prior to service unless other arrangements have been made with me.
If you must use Venmo or Zelle please contact me by email or text to make arrangements prior to the session.
Minors, Loved Ones in Spirit, Autonomy
Minors are welcome with the consent of a parent/legal guardian and agreement with me prior to scheduling. Please reach out by email or voicemail to schedule these initial sessions with me.
Trance Channeled Sessions do not guarantee a link with specific loved ones or guides in Spirit. Source always provides what is in the greater good for this moment of healing and transformation.
Receivers of channeling and mentorship are responsible for making independent decisions when they leave session. Everything offered is simply that, an offering. We are all autonomous with the gift of free will and discernment. Take what resonates and leave the rest, owning with self-empowerment, your own actions.

What is your refund policy?
We want you to feel confident in your decision to join The Nest. That’s why we offer a 30-day refund window from the date of your first payment. After this period, all payments (including those made under a 12-month plan) are non-refundable.What happens if I choose the 12-month payment plan?
If you select the monthly payment option, you agree to complete all 12 equal payments. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or loss of access to the membership area.How long do I have access to the membership area?
When you join The Nest, you receive lifetime access for as long as the membership area is offered. In the unlikely event that the membership area is discontinued, you will be given at least 30 days’ notice so you can make the most of your access before closure.What happens if something happens to Kim?
We know this is a delicate question, and we want to be transparent. Should Kim be unable to continue maintaining The Nest for any reason, access to the membership area may eventually end. As with any closure, members will be given advance notice whenever possible.
