REFUNDS for CANCELLED/MISSED SESSIONS

Dear One,

Life circumstances can change with the wind. I appreciate you and want to ensure that you feel seen and supported. Please read the following to ensure you understand the refund policy.

    • There are no refunds for sessions unless you miss a session due to a valid emergency (health crisis, inclement weather). Otherwise, I ask that you honor the space and time I have set aside in honor of you by paying in full.

    • If you are able to cancel over 24 hours in advance of the beginning of the session there is a 100% refund and the opportunity to simply reschedule.

    • If you are unexpectedly late, I will wait for 15 minutes before closing the portal to the session. You will be charged in full for the session.

    • If you are unable to attend a session, please consider gifting it to a kindred friend, family member, colleague, or acquaintance. Divine intervention may be working through you for another.

    • Please reach out to me by email at soulgazing@kimgebro.com if you need to cancel the session due to an emergency or if you are gifting your session.

    • There are no refunds for classes and events

    • If you are unable to attend a class or event, please consider gifting it to a kindred friend, family member, colleague, or acquaintance. Divine intervention may be working through you for another.

    • Please reach out to me by email at soulgazing@kimgebro.com or by text/vm me at 603-505-7001 if you can’t attend and are gifting the class or event to another.

    • Emergencies: Illness and other personal emergencies arise. If this is truly the nature of your experience please reach out and we can revisit our agreement about the charge of the session. Your health and safety are a priority.

    • Inclement Weather & Outages: There may be instances when I cancel appointments due to inclement weather or Internet outages. I will contact you by text and email the morning of the scheduled appointment to notify you of the cancellation. Thank you for your flexibility.

Payments for Sessions, Classes and Events

  • Sessions must be paid for prior to service unless other arrangements have been made with me.

  • Credit/Debit, Venmo: @Kim-Gebro, or Cash/Check: upon scheduling or at the time of service.

  • Zelle: Please contact me soulgazing@kimgebro.com or text/vm at 603-505-7001 to make arrangements prior to the session.

Therapy with Minors

  • Minors 15 years and older are welcome with the consent of a parent/legal guardian and agreement from them and with me prior to scheduling.

  • Please contact me soulgazing@kimgebro.com or text/vm at 603-505-7001 to ensure this is the right fit for your adolescent prior to scheduling the session. Thank you.
