SHAKTI HEALING ARTS in Downtown Peterborough, NH.
We will begin with 20-25 minutes of Qi Gong that can be done in everyday clothing and requires no experience. The movements are repetitive so you can find your flow quickly.
After releasing tension out of the body and allowing our energy fields to restore our systems you are invited to sit or lie down for the next part of the journey.
Enjoy a luxurious Yin Mat in the Yin Lounge as you Sink into Stillness. Bring as many additional cozy items desired to support your comfort. I will guide you through 25-30 minutes of Guided Meditation as your mind learns how to quiet while your sensory and intuitive nature restores your energy, clarity, and sense of self.
*A downloadable guided meditation recording from the class is offered for all who attend as a gift to support your continued practice.
These classes are IN-PERSON from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm EST WEDNESDAYS in JULY.

REGISTRATION OPTIONS:
There is limited space for this class (8 maximum), therefore registration is required.
JULY CLASS PACKAGE: $90 for 5 Classes ($10 dollar savings) Reserve your space for the month. *If you cannot make it to class, gift the class and text me to let me know someone new will be joining us or I can gift the class for you.
INDIVIDUAL CLASSES: $20 Per Class There is also an option to register for specific individual classes if you want to secure your spot and can’t attend for the entire month.

If you register online you can pay by credit card at that time. Otherwise, please provide payment at the beginning of class via Venmo @Kim-Gebro, check or cash. No refunds for classes. Thank you for honoring my time.

Blanket, pillow, personal mat if you don’t want to use the mats provided. Yin Mats & supports provided.

Water or another hydrating beverage to satiate the energetic changes of the body vessel.

We will begin on time. Please arrive 5 minutes early to get settled for our practice. If you arrive late, please enter gently and join us.
Quietly enter the space. When you go through the double glass doors at the entrance of Shakti, follow the stairs up to the left. Remove your shoes and enter through the door facing the top of the stairs. Thank you.
